Educating young women is a primary focus of Moses House Ministries
LIST OF CLASSES
NURTURING PARENTING (TIPS)
We offer an extensive 27-week interactive evidence-based program for parents and their infants, toddlers, and preschoolers, providing opportunities for them to learn and practice identifiable competencies and develop a nurturing family to prevent the occurrence of child abuse and neglect. This course is primarily for Moses House clients; yet, when space is available, open to both parents and the public (Court or CFS).
COMMUNITY BASED EDUCATION (CBE)
We also offer a series of 10 independent, informational workshops covering the main topics of Nurturing Parenting in English and Spanish. These workshops are available at various sites in the Victor Valley. Each registered attendee receives a certificate of completion at the end of each workshop. These workshops are open to the public, and often fulfill parenting course requirements for foster care agencies.
Please call for next course or workshop dates.
